Okay so i landed in the er tonight with another ovarian cyst rupture, this time a hemorrhagic one, meaning i am also bleeding hence why i m in more pain than usual. I usually can just grin and bear them but this one felt different so I went. I am a week past ovulation with a peak opk at that time. I get my period monthly, within a day or so of when I would expect. I do have hypothyroidism and I am waiting on an apt with heme/onc because of some abnormal CBC counts over the past year have been elevated with no apparent cause. Could this be pcos or something else?
