So new neighbors just moved in upstairs a few months ago at my apartment complex and they are always parking their car like this and sometimes the front tire is completely in my parking spot. I am a little heavier and cannot even park my car now because I can’t get out. I wrote them a note asking if they can please park better. I hate being problematic or starting confrontation with people so I hope I’m not in the wrong for writing a note.
