Pre-Pregnancy Counselling
Who has attended pre-pregnancy counselling? Was it worth it? How long before you wanted to get pregnant did you attend?
I know that I want to lose quite a bit of weight before getting pregnant so need to take that into consideration. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
