My SO & I are trying to conceive our 1st child together. I already have children with my ex-h, my SO doesn't have any. I feel that I know my body, after 34 year being in it. I feel ovulation pains around the same time my calendar says I should be ovulating but the OPK isnt detecting my ovulation & I'm not getting pregnant. What do I do if the OPK doesn't/ can't detect?

BTW this is the 1st time I'm using OPK my other pregnancies weren't planned & I was on BC... I feel like it's not happening because I want it. 😪
