Picky eater...STILL

I'm getting so frustrated with my daughter and her picky eating ways. All she wants to eat is yogurt, cheese, crackers and drink milk. Every so often I can get her to eat some chicken nuggets or fish sticks and fries. She will not try anything new and definitely not vegetables no matter how I present them to her.

Smoothies- nope she says no and if I'm persistent she will knock it out my hands or off her high chair.

Sometimes I can sneak spinach in her yogurt.

Any suggestions? Do I just continue to give her the same plate of food all day until she's hungry enough to try it? Do I continue to just give in and give her whatever she'll eat at the moment?

I miss the days when she was in my belly and ate whatever I ate 🤣
