Help🙏🏼Very confused on what this is‼️

So I haven’t had my period since December 2020 I do suffer from Pcos and hypotirodism. I was told I could have endometriosis but had not been confirmed. I just started two days ago with this type of discharge I am afraid I might have an infection or something? I do have a drs appt tomorrow to get checked. Thanks for any input
