Anyone else dealing with cramping or overall uncomfortable irritation pain in your stomach?

Earlier this morning it was lower belly, now it’s traveled mostly upper stomach and around my belly button area. It’s so random and hard to explain. But sometimes it’s like a constant cramp. I just took Tylenol, took a nap this afternoon… I’m holding off on calling my OB as I’m assuming they’ll tell me indigestion or gas of some sort. It’s exhausting me. I’m 25+2. I don’t remember my first pregnancy being this uncomfortable.
