Swelling at 24W

When does it become an issue? I haven’t had any other symptoms of preeclampsia, but I notice when I do swell it’s only on the inside of my left ankle. My actual feet don’t swell, nor my face. Sometimes my hands will if I’m outside in the heat for a long time.

Last night I went to bed with my left ankle swollen and it was still swollen today. Nothing else though.

I’ve been keeping up with water, so I know I’m hydrated.

I have an appointment tomorrow, so I’m going to ask, but just curious.
