Baby acne remedy? FTM

Looks like baby acne. I’ve put my breastmilk on it but it hasn’t seemed to help! Any recommendations to help clear up? Or to help not get worse? I know it’s normal.

You don't put anything on it. It will clear up on its own. I know it looks bad but it doesn't bother them. Just keep baby's skin clean and dry.

Tubby Todd all over ointment. It’s a miracle product for everything so I keep a travel tube in both of my cars and in all of my baby bags. My daughters acne literally cleared up overnight!

Yeah put your breastmilk on it but my daughter got it and it lasted a couple weeks just be sure to keep baby’s skin dry
