I would take a pregnancy test, I’ve only ever had an OPK look that positive when I was actually pregnant!

The app just guesses ovulation based on average cycles. It doesn’t actually know if you’re ovulating. If you’re on birth control you’re probably not ovulating, but your doctor can help confirm if your concerned.

Not gonna lie I have been taking pregnitude here and there I haven’t been too consistent on it but I have been taking it. Only because I don’t plan on getting my next shot and I would like to be like the stories I’ve read where as soon as they miss the next shot they conceive.
