What is your schedule like? How do I know if my little one is eating enough or too much once we transition her off from formula?

This transition is tricky. So I gave, and still offer milk for breakfast and dinner in addition to water.  Trust your baby that they’re eating as much as they need (I know it’s hard.) 
What helped me is teaching my son ASL “more” and “all done” he’ll ask for more food or say all done if he doesn’t want to eat anymore. 
Make sure to offer a variety of food, and always put on their plate a “safety food” something you know they like. Also, if you have IG follow @solidstarts for more tips, they’re extremely helpful. They also have a free app “solid starts” with a good database. You can literally search any food and there’s recipes, how to cut, when to offer it etc… good luck!

I just followed mines natural cues. If she seems distracted I'll feed her a couple bites to make sure she gets something but mostly she feeds herself and stops when she's had enough.  It varies a lot depending on if she is in a growth spurt. If she wakes up super early for breakfast I know she probably didn't get a big enough dinner the night before. 
I usually split a banana with her and give her a cup of almond milk  first thing after waking around 8:30. Around 10 I make eggs for everyone. A light lunch or snack right before nap at one, often a veggie pouch. A chicken nugget and sweet potato fries about 4:30, dinner together about 7. Baby oatmeal before bed at 9, about 2 Tablespoons usually.
