Soon? I hope!

Question

So I’m 39 weeks tomorrow. I was planning on possible induction on Thursday if my girl doesn’t come before then. I’ve had loose BMs for about 2 weeks and really bad nausea just started today. I’ve read these can be symptoms that labor is close. Last Wednesday I was 2cm and 80%. I’ve been losing my plug ever since then. Do y’all think it will be soon? And like how soon you think? I’m a FTM and still don’t really know what contractions feel like. But I guess if they’re labor contractions I’ll know, right???

I'll be 39 weeks tommorow also. I talked to my doctor about inducing me and she said no because baby is perfectly healthy. Thursday I was 70% effaced and 1cm. since then I've been using the yoga ball, eating pineapple, nipple stimulation, and spicy food. Ever since yesterday I've been having these mild menstrual like cramps and they are consistent and getting stronger. I couldn't sleep last night because of them  This morning I had loose bowl movement and baby movement has slowed down. I'm hoping this means he's on his way because I really do not want to go past my due date.

I was in your same boat. Had a spontaneous water breaking. I was scheduled for an induction at 39w2d and he came 7/18 exactly at 39w!
We had been using the yoga ball constantly and going on some pretty good walks!!

You will definitely know labor contractions when they come. As far the other symptoms and a time line that is all up to baby and your body.
