Wisdom teeth

Do y’all recommend getting them out. My dentist said I have to get one out so might as well get all 4. My bottom one is coming out wrong towards my back tooth. It doesn’t hurt tho but she said I can get a big cavity if I leave it and I’ll be 20 soon so I won’t have free insurance anymore. I saw my x rays the bottom one is growing towards my tooth so idk
