Should we push for body positivity or body neutrality?

Question

Saw this image on Instagram. There were no comments under the post and I  was wondering what it evokes from others.

Do you agree that body positivity is capitalistic? Should we lean more to body neutrality? What are your thoughts? 
Sorry if this isn’t controversial enough. I will move to another group if need be.

Body positivity is a movement that was high jacked away from those who really needed acceptance for their bodies and outward appearance. Now the movement is shit and doesn’t help anyone. Body neutrality at least is a step in the right direction- loving our bodies for what they naturally do is very important, but I would also add the importance of a drive to IMPROVE ones body

I've researched body positivity pretty thoroughly and as it is now, it does not appear to be a particularly inclusive movement. It seems to have been taken over by HAES (health at every size), but there is little room in it for people who are not overweight. There seems to be a fair bit of bullying and aggression toward anyone who chooses to work toward a healthy lifestyle, almost as if doing so for personal reasons is a betrayal of the community. For that reason, I find it difficult to support the body positive movement. I don't think that was the intent of the movement in the beginning, though. 
I don't really have a position on body neutrality, but it seems like a generally healthy mindset. However, I'm sure it could easily be highjacked as well. I try not to give my allegiance in any

I hadn’t heard of the term body neutrality but I’m glad I came across this. It encompasses how I’ve always felt about my own and everyone’s bodies. Thanks for sharing! I agree that body positivity is not necessarily the right message—it still has a lot of judgement.

As a fat girl. Neutrality was the goal in the positivity movement. But it got hijacked by irrational, illogical, and hypocritical people with a hybrid “pick me/ god complex”😄🤦🏻‍♀️ 
It’s ok to be plus, skinny or whatever, just be nice be fair and/or mind ur business. Pretty simple concept to understand

I guess I’m really just in the middle. We can encompass a little of both. Like many others have said the body positivity movement has been kind of hijacked. However, I don’t feel like that’s a bad thing per se. We as a society lack compassion, empathy, and understanding. Especially in the States. 
I feel like we should push for acceptance. We’re not all going to be “skinny/fit”. The beauty is that we come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Let’s get rid of BMI scale, it’s dumb to have in modern medicine. Sometimes weight ≠ healthy. Also let’s get rid of the notion that you can deem unworthy because of their weight. If you stood me and two other people who weigh 164Lbs the reality is you wouldn’t be able to tell who was healthy and who isn’t. Since nine out of ten we carry our weight differently.

Just based on my personal opinion, body neutrality seems generally healthier, both physically and mentally. My takeaway from the body positivity movement is the idea that it is morally good to express only positive thoughts about your body regardless of negative things you might choose to do to it… as if to focus on any perceived self-identified flaw makes a person shallow and also possibly judgmental of others with the same flaw. It seems better to accept that we all have different bodies and we only get one and it is ours to love, hate, or change as we see fit.
