Anyone getting placenta encapsulation?

Hey ladies, very curious about placenta encapsulation since I’ve had anxiety and depression throughout my life. I don’t know anyone personally who has done it but read about quite a few celebrity’s who have.

Yep! I did them last pregnancy and highly recommend! I had energy for weeks after birth and found I had to cut back on taking them so I could sleep. From a TCM point of view it’s very very beneficial for the woman’s energy to stop her depleting .
