Should it be illegal to dress up weapons like toys

Saw this last week. A real gun with a lego cover.

In my opinions toys should be identifiable as toys and weapons as weapons. So a toy gun should show clear signs of being a toy. The opposite, a real gun should be identifiable as such as well.

Because

1) how are kids supposed to know the difference. Playing with lego is innocent, playing with this lego gun on the other hand...

2) making dangerous weapons look innocent makes it more socially acceptable to carry one around cause the feeling of danger is less

3) the point of having a gun should never be to look cool or fancy

What do you think? Lego gun, acceptable or not.

(Please no discussion on whether or not guns should be forbidden. I am against guns, but the reality is they are allowed for now in a lot of places)
