Sleep stretches
My 4 month old (3 mo adjusted age) is finally starting to have one long stretch of sleep from about 730-1am. He’s pretty unpredictable after that and so are naps. For those who had kids that frequently woke, is this kind of early evening stretch normally lengthen into later mornin hours or will the second half of the night also start to consolidate? Or should I be doing anything more to lengthen the second half of the night’s rest? I don’t mind waking up to feed him but would prefer two longer stretches if I could get them! :)
