Tips?foot numb and bottom,heel and pads swollen
So this was delivery #3(epidural), my right foot is still partial numb and the bottom is a little swollen , swells more when walking. Hospital was aware, said goes away on its own in time. Feels like I'm walking with a Dead leg and my right middle finger and ring finger still numb...anyone else experience this? Any tips? I'm keeping hydrated, feet elevated when I can and resting my best with 3 kids..lol..
