Acid reflux 😭

Can anyone recommend ANYTHING for Acid reflux please? Im 28 weeks pregnant & I’m on a lot of medication & insulin because of gestational diabetes, blood thinners, aspirin & now anaemia tablets! I really can’t go through another night with no sleep & feeling constantly like I’m going to be sick running to the toilet all the time during the night. Can I take Gaviscon for tonight until I can ring my GP?
