I got burnt when my daughter was just about a week old and she’ll be 2 weeks tomorrow. I’ve been keeping it clean and dry. Midwife doesn’t seem to worried but I’m not sure what else to do. I put some protective stuff on it and lavender. It isn’t warm or anything and doesn’t hurt except when my toddler nursed and accidentally scratched it and made it bleed all over (I cleaned it with soap and put stuff on it then).
