I just went through ectopic pregnancy💔

Hi, i just felt like sharing about my very short pregnancy. I was almost 7 weeks pregnant wen my doctor diagnosed tat im having an ectopic pregnancy. My little one was growing on my right side fallopian tube. This was my first pregnancy and i was shattered to know tat i had to gv up on this baby. It was only the first week i enjoyed the moment of knowing myself was pregnant, all the other weeks was gone for my tests and check wer was the baby as the doctor cant find it through ultrasound. Wen they found the baby was growing in my fallopian tube, baby was with heartbeat💔💔. So they had to do surgery and remove the baby wit my fallopian tube as well. Im not sure if i will be able to conceive again without having an ectopic again. But this journey of having a baby and losing it within weeks is too hard to handle.. emotionally and physically, its killing wit guilt..😭😭
