My son gets constant ear infections does this look like a ruptured eardrum! He’s on antibiotics for his infection

Get a hold of otolaryngology. My kids had constant ear infections and they got tubes put it. It was such a transformation and amazing how quickly they bounced back and started talking more clear. 
From how it’s explained is, when your talking to a child who gets consistent and constant ear infections, it’s like someone talking to you while your under water. 
Their ears aren’t working right and constantly building up the fluid instead of draining it. That’s where the tubes come in. They fall out after a year and there a generally no problems after that.
