HELP! Go or don’t?!

Just found put I’m 4 weeks pregnant. This second covid variant is apparently really hitting my area. 72 local ER nurses apparently have it, roughly 50 of which were previously inoculated (not specific as to via the virus or the vaccine). I’m vaccinated. I have a massage and chiropractor appointment scheduled after work today. Should I still go to those or cancel from a covid standpoint?
