So my LO was never the best sleeper but she would sleep in her crib through the night for the most part, maybe getting up once. The past couple of weeks though she’s getting up constantly. She will just get up and sit in her crib until we come get her. We have waited for a long time to let her fall back asleep on her own. The other night we waited 15 mins and she just sat there….we finally decided to go in and put her back to sleep since she just wasn’t sleeping. What is going on?! This is a new thing she started. Is there some sleep regression at this age? She is teething but it’s never been like this before. Help.
