I just want everyone to know that it is ok not to be ok.

If you ever feel some type of way, it is important to talk to someone you trust… to seek help… even go to the hospital…. as soon as you realize you are not ok it is important to take action.

It is ok to open up and seek options to get help. Even if you feel stupid for doing so…. Take the leap and talk to someone/anyone. You are worth it. 🙏
