Omg this is giving me glamorous movie star vibes from the roaring 20s! I love it. It's gorgeous, elegant & timeless. This is honestly one of the few times that I've been on this board & thought a name to be perfect. 
Pay no mind to the people calling it "old"...1) many of the top baby names have been around for ages 2) this is so much better than these modern names new parents come up with today. I'll take Vera Lucille over Silver Pentunia anyday!

Yes! Lots of old fashioned names are making a come back. I love Vera! It's on my list if I have a babygirl! Like Vera Josephine is so beautiful in my opinion.

I had a 95 year old patient about a year ago whose name was Vera and I’ve honestly loved it ever since! Idk that I’d ever use it for any of my kids if I ever had a girl but I definitely love it!
