Panic attack TTC
Hi all!
I am TTC and suffering from mini panic attacks. I have a history of panic attacks and typically take Lorazepam but because I am TTC and possibly pregnant I am not taking lorazepam. Is there something else I could do or something others would suggest? Thank you!
