At how many months did you stop feeding your baby every 3-4hrs?

I’m currently still feeding my 3 month old baby every 3-4 hrs but Ive noticed the last week or so that she’s starting not to take much milk due to not being as hungry. After a few hours I try again and she’ll take a full 4 oz bottle 
Ps. My baby was born at 28 weeks and 3 days

I bed shared, she slept on my chest on the couch, she slept in her swing, she slept in her bouncy chair and eventually when she would let me lay her down she slept on her tummy. You do things as safely as possible while still doing what you need to do to get some sleep yourself. No shame!

I've found it's best (and less stressful) to feed them whenever they're hungry instead of trying to stick to a strict schedule

My lil one didn’t ever go longer . He nursed every 3 hours til he was weaned and a year and a half . But being that ur lil guy was 12 weeks early wouldn’t he barely be full term now so he definitely shouldn’t be going longer yet .

My LO is 12wks old and still feeding every 90 minutes to 2 hours. I feed on demand, so I'll just be happy to go lo ger than 2 hours without a feeding since it sometimes feels like all I do is feed and change her diaper all day.

My son is almost 4mo. 
I bf him on demand. It is every 3-4 hours or even every 2h in the evening (or when it's hot outside)
And he can sleep through most of the nights- so we make a longer break. (Can be 6-8h, but it happend twice that they were even longer.)

My girl will be 9 months next week and still eats every 3-4 hours! She sleeps 10-12 hours through the night and doesn’t wake up for food though! She stopped having middle of the night feedings around 5 months.

My son is almost 10 months and eats every 4 hours. Sometimes longer but typically 4 during the day. He has slept through the night since about 9 weeks without needing one (he was 99th percentile in weight until recently). 
I follow my sons cues. When a newborn he was eating every 2 hours. Then randomly I wasn’t wanting it and we pushed to 3. Around 8/9 months he moved to 4 hours. Now at almost 10 months, he will go a bit longer since he’s eating more solids throughout the day.
