Next year, my husband and I will be celebrating our 10 years together, 5 years married. We want to have a big ceremony and a fun reception, as some of the people we loved could not make it to the original due to life. Our anniversary, though falls on Friday May 6th. This wouldn't be an issue, but most of the kids in attendance would be at school, or getting off school if I planned it in the evening, and some people may have to work. Is it weird to plan it for the next day on Saturday, even though that is the day after our anniversary? And also, if you've renewed your vows, do you have any tips? Thank you!
