It depends on each couple and each person’s sex drive. 🤷🏻‍♀️ For my husband and me, a couple times a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how we each feel. I’m 36+3 with a 2 year old and an 11 month old and he works long hours so it’s not always on our to do list. Sometimes we’re exhausted. 😩

I agree with pp. I think what you both are happy with is what is healthy. Sometimes we get 4 a wk sometimes once every 2 wks 🤷‍♀️
