Congestion and cough?

Hello! My 15 month old caught a cold from her dad last Wednesday night. So over a week. She had her 15 mo appointment Tuesday and he said she looked and sounded great and doesn’t have a fever. But I’m like how long does this last??? She’s acting totally normal just so congested and runny nose and a cough! Experience? Help? First time mom and this is the first time she’s been sick!

I like zarbees cough and congestion and the rub, I put it on babes feet. And a humidifier!

Our ped said the average cold lasts anywhere from about 7-10 days before all symptoms are cleared.

My daughter had a cough and congestion for about two weeks, it was probably the first two weeks of June. She was okay, just a virus.

My daughter just got over a cold. The cough lasted about 2 weeks congestion around a week but some mornings she is still super stuffy when she wakes up

Isn't nice hearing them cough. Especially at night 😔 My little one has a cold so often since starting childcare. Usually only last 3 or 4 days. Just keep monitoring her temp, snuffle baby rub on chest/ back and feet, sterimar or saline nose spray, calpol if you think she's miserable. Also had advice here on using a humidifier to help congestion, seems to ease it too.
