So my doctor prescribed me procardia today. Her concern is me having contractions all day every day that could potentially dilate me and send me into active labor. But because my blood pressure is on the very low side usually around 100/65 or less she is concerned my blood pressure may drop too much and that can make baby unhappy too. So today I have to take one dose, then go in to labor and delivery a few hours later to get my blood pressure monitored and baby monitored as well to make sure we are both responding to it normally.

Has anybody else already had low blood pressure but been prescribed procardia to reduce contractions ?
