Ear infection while pregnant! :(

I’m 99.9% sure I have an ear infection associated with soreness of the throat (due to ear drainage) and a stuffy nose that I can barely breathe out of. Is there any home remedies to help with these symptoms until my OB appt tomorrow that are pregnancy-safe? I didn’t wanna call and bug them today since I’ll be seeing them tomorrow afternoon.

Also, will they be able to give me any medication for this or will it be a “gotta tough it out” situation?
