Is it time to lower the crib yet?

My son is 8 months old. He can roll both ways, crawl and sit. But hasn’t figured out how to go from lying down into a sitting position. But when he is sitting he can pull up into a standing position. Do I need to lower the crib now?

Yes. If they can sit you have to lower it. It only takes one morning of sitting up before u get there for them to figure out pulling up.

I would because you never know when he will decide to sit up.

Yea when they can sit independently you should lower it Bc it will only take a matter of time for that one time for them to go from laying to sitting on their own and it would be a risk for toppling out of the crib. The top height of the crib should be aligned with their mid/upper chest when standing to be considered low enough
