How soon are you waiting for baby to meet grandparents?

My family is extremely pushy. At the moment I’m so overwhelmed with everything. I get induced Saturday. With my first baby everyone bombarded me. I was so insecure and felt awful. I’m so worried about any sicknesses getting in my house especially because my daughter and I just got over a horrible cold last week. I couldn’t imagine getting a newborn sick with anything. Is there a good age in days or weeks to introduce the baby to close family?😕🥺

My mom held a leg at delivery. 😅
My dad got to meet my baby about 3-4 days after she was born.
Husband’s parents haven’t met her yet, but they live out of state. I think they’ll be out when she’s about 2 months(ish) old. 
With my first (in a time pre-covid) my mom held a leg, my dad met her hours after she was born in the hospital, and my husbands parents came out around 3 weeks old. That definitely felt too soon (more so because I was not ready to have houseguests while my body was still recovering). 
We all have a different threshold of what we are comfortable with- I have friends who have a 2 month no visitor policy, and friends who have a baby party where everyone comes to meet the new baby in the first week. I’m somewhere in the middle; definitely was more concerned about germs with my first baby, but still this time around only letting family see her in the first two months, and when someone comes by I make them wash their hands.

We did almost 3 weeks. Bf’s family was starting to get pushy, so I extended it  and only let them over for an hour 🤷🏽‍♀️ they expected a daily picture and update so I ignored them and then they were worried because they hadn’t heard from us in TWO DAYS. We have a newborn for crying out loud. Let us live life. He finally met my dad at almost a month. I just want to be left alone and enjoy our baby. I get first time grandparents are excited, but having boundaries set is highly recommend and stuck to otherwise it sucks.  With my oldest we had people over literally over the second he was born and almost everyday for a week. Never again

I’m really close with my family, so like within the first week for sure. My niece and nephews go to their dad’s on the 27th and will be with him for a week, and we’re worried I’m going to have baby while they’re gone. But I’m also just not fearful of sickness and things. My whole family has had COVID or been vaccinated anyway. 
I’ve also had colds while both my other babies were babies and they never got sick, I’m guessing from breastfeeding. Both of them had never been sick until 10-12 months. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We live across the country so we had more control. My SO’s parents came down about a week and a half after she was born. I had initially said I wanted two weeks, but that was when I was planning on a vaginal birth and I wanted at least 2 weeks to heal. Basically I didn’t want to be sitting on a donut with people around. I ended up having a c section and was comfortable with them coming earlier. Honestly, they helped a lot with my recovery doing a lot of cooking, grocery shopping, etc. 
My parents are coming to visit next week, she’ll be about 6 weeks when they meet her. 
They’re all fully vaccinated, otherwise they wouldn’t be meeting her until either they got vaccinated or she did.
