Exercise post conception, pre-pregnancy

Hi all!

So my husband and I are TTC - first baby and this was our first month trying. I wanted to know is it safe to exercise in the wait period between post ovulation and pre period!

I exercise regularly and some of my workouts can be intense.. I am scared to workout in case it may lead to the egg not fertilising.

I don’t want to be doing anything that may lead to the pregnancy not happening although I’m aware that it may take us months before we actually conceive. I’m quite confused what I should & shouldn’t be doing post trying! TIA
