Welcoming Baby Maddie 🤍

Kiesha

July 30th Baby Turned Into July 22nd Baby. I Was Started Having Back To Back Contractions Around 6:15am Water Didn't Break So I'm Assuming They Were More Braxton Hicks (Just Intense Ones). I Kept Having To Use The Restroom So I Started Thinking "Yeah This Not Normal ". Headed For The Restroom & My Body Just Got Stuck At The End Of The Bed. Felt A Contraction & An Urge To Push, Luckily My Nurse Was Already In The Room She Was Like Just Lay Back & Let Me Check You, I Told Her I Couldn't, So She Starting Rubbing My Back Saying "Whenever Your Ready We Can Check". Y'all The Contraction Went Away & I Felt I Was Ready But As Soon As I Started To Move Another Contraction & Another Urge To Push. Y'all I Stuck My Hand Down There & There Was The Baby's Head, I Pushed And She Landed Right In My Hands. I Had Her 6:56am So A 41 Minute Labor. I Can't Believe I Delivered My Own Baby Standing Up With No Epidural. Our Bodies Are So Amazing 🤍
