Implantation stories please

Hi ladies,

I have been TTC for the last 4 months with no luck. I am currently 8DPO and today I have some brown spotting which never happened before. Can this be implantation spotting or due to something else? If it sounds like implantation when will be the best time to take a test. Much appreciated ladies❤
