Missed miscarriage ?

14 weeks 4 days, all symptoms have vanished, no more appetite, boobs are back to normal and still no bump 😫😭 I’m soooo worried, my next appointment is 3 days away for an ultrasound I just can’t wait!!!

Most of my symptoms are also gone. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean necessarily a MMC. After 12w the chances of a mmc are super low.

It’s normal for symptoms to go away around this time. Your body has finally adjusted to the hormones. And to be honest, when I had my missed miscarriage, I still had all of my pregnancy symptoms. My body was still responding like it was pregnant. Symptoms aren’t a good indicator of how the pregnancy is progressing.

Thank you sooo much for responding, I’m less worried now, I’m only 23 but this child was planned due to me going to medical school in 2023 and I did not want to be pregnant during med school I’m also type one diabetic and been scared that I will not be able to have children of my own, my bf also had told me he can’t have kids so this child is a blessing I’m just so scared that she’ll not make it but I’ll keep praying 🙏🏽

That’s not at all an indication of a missed miscarriage. That’s a typical pregnancy lol enjoy the symptoms being gone 😊

Not likely -  it means the placenta is taking over and your hormones are leveling out.

I’m a day behind you lol , but got the chance to see my OB and I was told baby is fine . I’ve had no symptoms at all of pregnancy from 9 weeks on maybe on little sleepy but otherwise none and he told me my body has adjusted to being pregnant.
