Baby having trouble latching after the hospital

Hi mamas!

I’m 2 days postpartum with a 4 year old & a 2 day old NB.

At the hospital, I was able to nurse my son every 3-4 hrs. His usual feeding time was 15-30 min. He was doing great. He’s even pooped several times within his first 2 days of life. I’m not sure what happened, but since we came home, his latch has changed. I’m going to supplement with formula if necessary because a fed baby is best. I’m still hoping to get his latch to come back.

Has this happened to anyone? I had a different story with my daughter, but once she latched, she never went back & we successfully breastfed her til she was 2.
