Help!

I have been feeling poorly the last few days so I decided to take a test. This is not FMU. I have the Lyletta IUD (generic to Mirena). My last ‘period’ was at the beginning of this month. I just had a baby 6 months ago so I am not 100% regular, along with having an IUD. please tell me what you see! I’ll be taking one tomorrow AM as well. First is with flash, second is without. TIA!
