So i gt out of a 3 year toxic relationship nd took time to heal bt ik it wasnt long enough when i started talkin to my now bf. One time slip with a condom nd boom 10 weeks after desperately tryin with my ex ironically. So only been together 4 months now. Idk if i didnt catch on in school for interpersonal relationships nd my parents weren’t an example so my only communication nd actions are based off my relationships. So there was a misunderstanding nd i wanted it explained so i txtd while i had a break at work nd it blew up. He said i was bein goofy nd bringin bs nd stopped replying. Anyway he called me later on nd it got heated again cz i was defending from where I understood bt he said its called bein considerate dnt txt personal things bt from my view it was a question i jus wanted clarification on. Bt i said all u hd to do was say dnt txt during work bt he said its nt his job nd to take care of my own feelings. I now realize i did handled things wrong bt in my past it was so toxic(now realizing) i got broken up with multiple times at work the whole ion c how this is gonna work. Got called names, argued all the time, got crazy(following). So my question is how can i grasp what a healthy relationship? Like a communication book?
