Anyone else having acne breakout like crazy???

I normally only get a small zit once in a while but since last week I have been getting giant zits with white heads. 
I am currently 6w5d. Is this one of symptoms for first trimester? It had never occurred to me in my previous pregnancies.

TMI but my whole BUTT is covered in acne that won't go away. It's miserable.

I’m 5 wks with my second baby I’m breaking out and I broke out bad with first. My acne is hormonal tho I use different things from my dermatologist but have to quit using it as soon as I found out I am pregnant.
