Scared of being disappointed

So I got pregnant in 2016 on my first round of 5mg letrazole and get TTC for 2 years. Fast forward to this April, I had my Mirena removed to TTC. Started metformin in June after no period. Had a period 6/19-6/30. Had a peak ovulation Thursday. Egg white CM and really tender breasts. The ONLY time I have ever felt this way was when I got pregnant in 2016. I’m so scared my hopes are up so high and I’ll be let down 😔 but y’all…I’m just praying for a miracle I guess 🥺
