Back pain gas and cramps on predicted day of af

So AF is due today but so far nothing and I know it can come later but today I’m having on and off cramping and super gassy sorry Tmi. But I also have been having low back pain for the past couple days. Anyone else experiencing this and then get a bfp? I’m trying to wait to test but it’s so hard 🥺🥺
