Our Shettles Shot

Husband and I are trying for baby #2 and recently heard about the Shettles method to try for a girl.. I used opk strips and timed it on CD 9 and CD10. when the test said low fertility. For the past 2 days (CD13, 14) my test has been showing the flashing smiley indicating a high.

Maybe I’m being hyper vigilant but I’ve also been feeling nauseous the last 2 days. Do you think it worked? Am I doing this wrong? Did we totally screw it up and maybe nothing will happen? What do you think?
