Just needing a little help with my anxiety!

Is there anything I can buy at Walmart that you recommend that help you with your anxiety and nerveneses that I can buy?

Can anxiety cause nerveneses that signal an trembling feeling through out your body when your around crowds or just anywhere in general? Just makes me where I can't relax.

I have heard people say anxiety can kill me and the nervousness I get. Hope this isn't true and my anxiety is through the roof today again.
