My baby keeps waking herself up
My baby constantly wakes herself up by itching her face with her hands but if i try to swaddle her she doesn't like it. She also wakes herself up sometimes because she jumps while she sleeps. Does anybody have any ideas or tips if your going through something similar? This is also just a problem in the day because at night she will not wake up and her arms will be out.
