Hello ladies , baby dust to all. I was recently diagnosed with #pcos in January of this year . I did want to know if there are any ladies that have #pcos that was able to conceive NATURALLY?? Or reverse their #pcos ? I am currently 24 and im on a anti inflammatory diet as of now although my dr considered me to be “ average weight “ , just wanted to know if there are any other tips that can help me on my journey.
