Does it matter what time of day you have sex when ttc?

If one day you have sex at say 10 am and the next day you don’t have sex until 10pm, that’s well over 24 hours, is that like missing a day? Or does it not matter? I hit my peak ovulation strip last night and probably won’t be able to have sex until this evening. Will we miss it?

When I got pregnant with my son, we only were able to have sex once that window due to me being out of state. I confirmed ovulation through temping the morning I was heading home. We had sex that night for the 1st time and only time in the fertile window and we got pregnant that cycle. We both thought we had no chance that cycle, but we were wrong!

The sperm can live for a few days so if you did yesterday at any time you could still be covered from before, and you ovulate 24-48 hours after your peak so if you do tonight you should be covered!☺️
